Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital strategies across SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic advertising.
- Manage significant monthly ad budgets to achieve aggressive CAC and ROAS targets.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for landing pages and email funnels to drive conversion velocity.
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets and marketing collateral.
- Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics and Looker to provide actionable business insights.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of data-backed experimentation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitive search positioning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within the SaaS or B2B tech sector.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proven track record of managing annual marketing budgets exceeding $1M.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and attribution modeling.
- Exceptional copywriting and visual design sensibility for high-conversion assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategy to executive stakeholders.
