Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines and predictive models to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends and anomalies within massive datasets.
- Optimize algorithms for scalability, speed, and accuracy using modern cloud technologies.
- Communicate complex data insights and model performance metrics to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and reports.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing to innovate our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and SQL.
- Expertise in at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras).
