Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to provide real-time business insights.
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high data quality and accuracy for analysis.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define data requirements.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences through clear, concise visualizations and presentations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and logically.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data to executive stakeholders.
