Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to define data requirements and translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and correlations within massive datasets.
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure high performance and low latency for real-time analytics.
- Present technical findings and model insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear, compelling data visualizations and storytelling.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and big data technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Demonstrated ability to clean, preprocess, and structure large-scale datasets for modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
