Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for training large-scale foundation models.
- Collaborate with research scientists to prototype and deploy novel neural network architectures.
- Optimize model performance for inference efficiency and latency reduction across distributed environments.
- Monitor, debug, and improve existing production models using advanced MLOps methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence through code reviews and technical architecture documentation.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge research papers into our current engineering roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning, with a deep understanding of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Expertise in large-scale data processing using distributed systems (Spark, Ray, or Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying complex ML models into high-availability production environments.
- Solid proficiency in Python, C++, and containerization technologies (Docker).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional teams.
