Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into actionable data science initiatives.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and revenue-driving insights.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to refine data pipelines and improve model performance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the evolution of our internal analytics best practices.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
- Develop robust A/B testing frameworks to validate model efficacy and business impact.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP) is essential.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong background in statistical methodologies, experimental design, and causal inference.
- Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical data output and business strategy.
