Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define data-driven roadmaps.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden revenue-generating opportunities.
- Develop robust A/B testing frameworks to validate model performance and business impact.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal ML engineering standards.
- Communicate complex analytical insights to executive stakeholders via intuitive visualizations.
- Optimize existing pipelines to increase processing efficiency by at least 20%.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in data science or applied machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS (SageMaker, S3, Redshift).
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical model specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
