Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy complex machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data engineers, product managers, and domain experts to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns and insights within massive datasets.
- Optimize data pipelines and improve model accuracy through rigorous testing and validation.
- Present technical findings and business recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Stay current with the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R.
- Deep understanding of SQL and experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Proven experience implementing Deep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
