- Experimentation: Design and conduct rigorous A/B testing and statistical experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and SQL.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong foundation in statistical analysis, regression, and time-series forecasting.
