Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and predictive algorithms using Python and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Optimize data pipelines and ensure high data quality and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and model performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Stay current with the latest research in Deep Learning and NLP to implement state-of-the-art techniques.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, probability, and experimental design.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
