Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns and insights within massive datasets.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate predictive models into production environments and ensure real-time inference.
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, libraries, and methodologies to improve system performance.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Define data pipelines and optimize data workflows to improve model training speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python programming, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent SQL skills and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
