Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns and derive actionable insights from massive datasets.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to integrate data models into production environments.
- Communicate technical findings and model performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports.
- Continuously research and implement cutting-edge techniques in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Optimize existing data pipelines to improve processing speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R.
- Strong command of SQL and experience working with large-scale databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production using MLOps practices.
