Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud architectures on AWS/Azure with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead migration projects from legacy on-premise to cloud-native environments
- Develop infrastructure-as-code templates (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture reviews and resource utilization analysis
- Create technical documentation and runbooks for operational teams
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct architectural design reviews
- Stay current with emerging cloud services and security best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 5+ years in cloud architecture
- Expert-level AWS/Azure certifications (Solutions Architect Professional)
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong background in network security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent presentation skills for executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
