Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium/Cypress and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
- Lead quality audits across mobile/web applications and API endpoints
- Document defects in JIRA with clear reproduction steps and severity ratings
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Product/Dev teams during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Implement test environment configurations and data management protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA engineering with SaaS/product experience
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- Proficiency in SQL and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
