What You'll Do
You will work in a collaborative, high-performance environment where your insights directly influence product strategy and user engagement. You will own the full lifecycle of data initiatives, from raw data ingestion to production model deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and deep learning architectures to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Design) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to uncover actionable insights and hidden trends.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for scalability, speed, and accuracy using cloud-native technologies.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance monitoring to validate model efficacy and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on translating unstructured data into structured business value.
