Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning models from conception to production deployment.
- Design and implement robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and availability for analytical projects.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover key trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to define problems, identify data needs, and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices in data science.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Research and evaluate new data science technologies, methodologies, and tools to enhance our analytical capabilities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, data processes, and analytical findings.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, with a strong focus on machine learning model development and deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas) and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for data storage, processing, and ML model deployment.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design (A/B testing).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka is a significant plus.
