Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends and patterns within massive datasets.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Predictive Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments (MLOps experience is a plus).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work with unstructured data.
