Responsibilities
- Design and implement distributed systems using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Optimize database performance for 10K+ TPS transaction processing
- Lead migration of legacy monoliths to cloud-native architectures
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical blogs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and data modeling
- Experience with fintech payment processing or high-throughput systems
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
