Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and NLP applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference analysis for product optimization
- Develop scalable data processing solutions using distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct technical workshops on emerging AI methodologies
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven track record in production ML systems
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Strong understanding of experimental design, causal inference, and statistical modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Publication record at NeurIPS, ICML, or similar conferences preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ impactful data science projects with measurable ROI
