Responsibilities
- Model Engineering: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines using Python and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Data Strategy: Lead the identification of high-value data sources and optimize our ETL processes to ensure data integrity and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business objectives into technical data science solutions.
- Predictive Analytics: Develop advanced statistical models and algorithms to forecast trends, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision, integrating new methodologies into our tech stack.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analytical findings and model performance metrics to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics roles.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Big Data: Experience with big data processing frameworks such as Spark or Hadoop.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of tackling ambiguous business problems with data-driven approaches.
