Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines and scalable data architectures.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and integrate models into production environments.
- Experiment with state-of-the-art algorithms (NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics) to solve complex business challenges.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Ensure model scalability, reliability, and performance through rigorous testing and monitoring.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Experience deploying models to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
