Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and patterns that drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into existing systems.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Continuously monitor model performance and implement improvements to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
