Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced ML models for fraud detection and customer behavior prediction
- Design A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Create executive-ready dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Lead data mining projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct peer code reviews
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements
- Document methodologies and ensure reproducible research workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ML project delivery
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design
