Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML solutions for predictive modeling and pattern recognition
- Translate complex business challenges into data-driven analytical frameworks
- Develop A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis frameworks
- Create data visualizations and storytelling narratives for executive stakeholders
- Maintain production ML models with continuous monitoring and optimization
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in data ethics
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or quantitative field with 5+ years experience
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Proven track record deploying production ML models at scale
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, causal inference)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical insights to business impact
