Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle from data ingestion to model monitoring in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product, engineering, and business teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and insights.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to code reviews and architectural design.
- Define KPIs and develop dashboards to track model performance and ROI.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our internal tooling.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Solid understanding of distributed computing (Spark, Dask, or similar).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
