Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, specifically within a high-growth tech environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Deep experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production and maintaining them at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence strategy via data.
