- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of analytical excellence
- Present findings to C-suite executives and influence strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Strong statistical modeling background with A/B testing experience
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience in healthcare/medical data analysis preferred
