What You Will Do:
- Develop, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms.

- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for scalability and speed.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and research in AI and Big Data.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for production use.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps based on data.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate model performance.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
