Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to translate business requirements into technical data science solutions.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover actionable insights.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and infrastructure to improve model accuracy, performance, and reduce latency.
- Communicate complex findings and model performance metrics to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI, NLP, and computer vision to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or predictive analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end data science projects from concept to production.
