Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for natural language processing tasks.
- Conduct rigorous research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and generalization capabilities.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, focusing on latency and throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product features.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and implement novel techniques in production.
- Document methodologies and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, transformers, and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with distributed training and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences or delivering production-grade AI systems.
