Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-performance, scalable front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks.
- Lead the migration of legacy components to a microservices architecture to improve system modularity.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate complex wireframes into high-fidelity, interactive interfaces.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through rigorous code reviews and collaborative pair programming.
- Design and implement robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support internal and external services.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in automated testing, CI/CD, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert-level proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB/Redis) databases.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) and Docker/Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software products from conception to launch.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
