Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver A/B testing frameworks
- Develop real-time dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to executive stakeholders
- Lead data quality initiatives and build robust ETL processes for terabyte-scale datasets
- Mentor junior analysts and champion ethical AI practices across the organization
- Publish findings in internal journals and industry conferences
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or quantitative field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with database optimization
- Proven track record deploying ML models at scale using cloud services (AWS SageMaker preferred)
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time-series, causal inference)
- Experience with distributed computing (Spark, Dask) and big data ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ end-to-end data science projects with measurable business impact
