Responsibilities
- Develop & Deploy Models: Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Data Strategy: Lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from data ingestion and cleaning to model training and validation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance and optimize algorithms to ensure high accuracy and real-time processing speed.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision to integrate new methodologies into our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL. Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Cloud & Big Data: Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Statistical Acumen: Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and experimental design.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
