Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions for predictive analytics and recommendation systems
- Develop scalable data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) and big data frameworks
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven strategies through rigorous statistical analysis
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experimentation methodologies to drive product optimization
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion data literacy across the organization
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building production ML models in Python/R/Scala
- Expertise in SQL, distributed computing (Spark/Hadoop), and cloud data platforms
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference
- Proven track record of deploying ML solutions at scale with measurable business impact
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD for ML workflows
