Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices are followed across the team.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing codebases and refactor them to improve performance, security, and maintainability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- API Strategy: Design and maintain robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs that power our client-facing applications and internal tools.
- Testing & QA: Implement comprehensive testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E) to ensure software reliability and reduce bugs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Web Development with a focus on full-stack engineering.
- Core Technologies: Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Databases: Strong experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and optimize application performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
