Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and anomaly detection
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data-driven solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model performance
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder communication
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Research emerging AI techniques and implement best practices in model deployment
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in production-level ML model development
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ end-to-end data science projects
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
