Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models to improve predictive accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define KPIs and metrics.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends in user behavior.
- Automate data pipelines and improve the efficiency of our model deployment lifecycle (MLOps).
- Mentor junior data analysts and promote a culture of rigorous scientific inquiry.
- Communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders via clear visualizations.
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to validate feature impact across the platform.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of industry experience working with large-scale production datasets.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS (SageMaker) or GCP.
- Solid understanding of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leadership.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning models.
