Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to identify new data-driven opportunities.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights.
- Maintain and optimize production-level model pipelines using MLOps best practices.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Design A/B testing frameworks to validate product iterations and feature releases.
- Mentor junior data scientists and advocate for technical excellence across the team.
Qualifications
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Strong command of SQL and experience working with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical model specifications.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow).
