Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion and cleaning to feature engineering and productionalization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Stakeholders to define data-driven strategies.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and peer code reviews.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Communicate findings through intuitive visualizations and executive-level presentations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PySpark or Scala is a plus.
- Strong grasp of machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Proven experience working with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
