Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles for web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA while collaborating with development teams
- Conduct root cause analysis of critical bugs and implement preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for quality assurance
- Integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in senior leadership roles
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and at least one programming language for automation
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level certification preferred
- Experience with API testing (Postman, Rest-Assured) and mobile testing (Appium)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
