- Conduct usability testing and interpret analytics to iterate on interface designs based on real-world feedback.
- Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder presentations to articulate complex design decisions clearly.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of craft and innovation.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends and UI frameworks to keep our products ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
- Strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional product teams.
- A data-informed mindset with experience leveraging user research to validate design choices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between design and development.
