Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of advanced machine learning models, from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business problems and translate them into data science solutions.
- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of new algorithms and features.
- Perform complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics to uncover insights and trends.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and contribute to our MLOps practices.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI research.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of deploying models into production.
- Expert proficiency in Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning), and experimental design.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex projects.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and causal inference methods.
