Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, from data extraction and cleansing to insightful visualization and presentation.
- Develop and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using BI platforms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and recommend strategic actions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all analytical initiatives and data sources.
- Present complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences and senior leadership.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices in data analysis and reporting.
- Proactively identify new data sources and analytical techniques to enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from large-scale databases.
- Strong experience with statistical programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) or R.
- Demonstrated expertise with leading Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts, A/B testing, regression analysis, and data modeling principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex data insights effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
