Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate model performance and impact
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct code reviews for ML pipelines
- Present findings to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Research and implement cutting-edge NLP techniques for unstructured data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with production ML deployment
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time-series, classification)
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- MSc/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful end-to-end data science projects
