Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Translate business objectives into data-driven solutions through rigorous experimentation and A/B testing
- Lead predictive modeling projects for customer behavior forecasting, risk assessment, and personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with product teams to embed data science insights into core product features
- Develop real-time analytics dashboards and data visualization tools using Tableau/Plotly
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in MLOps and data governance
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of applied data science experience with production-level ML deployment
- Expertise in statistical modeling (regression, time-series, Bayesian methods)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (scikit-learn, pandas), and distributed computing (Spark/Dask)
- Strong product intuition with proven track record of driving business impact through data
- Experience with cloud ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
