Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical modeling for product optimization
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications using SQL and Python
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations (Tableau/Power BI)
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster best practices in data governance
- Develop cloud-based solutions on AWS/GCP with MLOps integration
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of applied data science experience with production-level deployments
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, pandas) and SQL with large datasets
- Proven track record of developing recommendation systems or time-series forecasting models
- Strong communication skills presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
