Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production-grade machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead cross-functional collaborations with Engineering and Product teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable insights.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and automated monitoring for model performance in production.
- Mentor junior data scientists on best practices in code quality, statistical rigor, and experimental design.
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and visualizations.
- Contribute to the research and development of new proprietary algorithms.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with big data technologies like Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
