Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model performance and business impact
- Develop data visualization dashboards using tools like Tableau and D3.js for stakeholder communication
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in data modeling and validation
- Lead research initiatives in emerging areas like NLP and computer vision
- Optimize data infrastructure for scalability and efficiency in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven track record of deploying ML models
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop)
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data science projects with measurable business outcomes
