Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for predictive modeling and anomaly detection
- Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions using statistical analysis
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experimental design for product optimization
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of data literacy
- Develop real-time dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder insights
- Research emerging AI techniques and evaluate their commercial applicability
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with production ML models
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical foundation (hypothesis testing, regression, Bayesian methods)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools
