Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for predictive analytics and optimization
- Translate business objectives into data-driven solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference analysis for product impact
- Mentor junior data scientists and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Develop real-time dashboards using Tableau/Power BI and D3.js
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals or industry conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with Python/R and SQL
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven expertise in ML algorithms (XGBoost, Neural Networks, NLP)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Strong communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data products with measurable ROI
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD pipelines
